  • Full-Time Direct Hire - A direct hire involves a match between a client and a job seeker where the job seeker immediately becomes part of the client’s workforce.
  • Temporary to Permanent Hire – In this situation, the job seeker is hired in a temporary capacity by the client for a pre-determined amount of time and is then made a permanent employee.
  • Temporary/Contract Hire – A temporary/contract hire occurs when the client only needs help for a set period of time. This might occur because of a big project or other employee taxing situation. In this case, the job seeker is hired on a contractual basis by the client for the duration of the contract.
